Returns & Refunds Policy

At Cashews, we stand behind the freshness of our premium nuts; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Due to the perishable nature of our products, items must be unopened and in their original vacuum-sealed packaging to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation for the return.

  Receive Authorization

  Once approved, we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the prepaid shipping label via email.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened cashew products in their original shipping box, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After we inspect the returned items at our facility, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
